Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! It is highly recommended (for your comfort) that you wear padded bike shorts.
Course Description
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.
We also have some new spin bikes that use an awesome new color system. We can’t wait for you to try it out!
