Course Description
Restorative yoga is practiced with the intention to nourish all of the systems of the body including the nervous system, muscular system, respiratory system, and more. We practice poses with an emphasis on stretch, relaxation, and building stability. The instructors offer modifications along with each pose so that students can personalize the practice to their own unique abilities and needs. Practicing yoga poses in combination with attentiveness, kindness, and conscious breath, can result in an expanded range of comfort within the body and mind that extends into other areas of daily life.
