Course Description

Description: This class involves full body and functional movements. It is a combination of HIIT, Crossfit, sports performance, and more.  The focus of this class will be improving static and functional balance, flexibility in all ranges of motion, overall body strengthening, and cardiovascular fitness. This class will use a variety of equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slamballs, barbells, bands, and mats, along with bodyweight exercises to get a full body workout.
