Running Class

Course Description

You have the option to meet in person for the workouts or complete the emailed workouts on your own!

This class is a great fit for beginner to advanced runners. Wherever you are starting, this class will help you advance your cardiovascular fitness in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Running class will meet at different locations around campus and the near surrounding area. You will be notified by the instructor in advance where you will be meeting. The focus of class will be on cardiovascular conditioning for running, and will incorporate hills, stairs, sprints, and interval training.

Requirements to take Running Class:

  • Must have a previous workout base of 2 months or more
  • Must be able to do stairs
  • GPS and/or timing watch recommended

Class will run RAIN OR SHINE, the only thing that will stop us is ice!
