Motivation.  Our team wants to empower you to make being physically fit a priority in your life.

Flexible schedules.  All of our staff are students so most of their schedules are flexible.

Getting Started

Look through the Trainer bio’s below and determine if you have a preference.  If not, that is okay, we can assign you a Trainer.

  1. Please complete our Personal Training Questionnaire so our staff can best address your training needs. You will be contacted by one of our personal trainers shortly after submitting the questionnaire. When you fill out our questionnaire, you will get a free consultation. This will give you an opportunity to interview a prospective trainer and hear what we have to offer you.

  2. Prior to your consultation with your trainer please download, complete, and email to your trainer Pre-activity Packet.

Please do not purchase personal training sessions until you have first met with your trainer.

Major: Kinesiology, Exercise Science.

Specialty: I specialize in high-resistance and low-volume training styles that are best suited for growing muscle size and building absolute strength.

Fitness Philosophy: I firmly believe that fitness is a lifelong pursuit and because of this the most important thing you can do is find some form of activity you love and work from there. In my opinion the most important aspect of any training program is adherence and consistency which both stem from enjoyment. By focusing on finding enjoyment in exercise first you can establish life-long habits that will leave you happy and healthy well into your senior years.

Favorite Exercise: My favorite exercise is anything I can do on a smith machine, especially the seated overhead press.

Major: Masters in Exercise Science

Specialty: I specialize in overall strength and conditioning principals that consist of a broad range of lifts, repetition ranges, number of sets, as well as cardiovascular work to maintain optimal health.

Fitness Philosophy: I believe that fitness improves both physical and mental health, which in turn then improves all other aspects of one’s life. I believe when finding an activity that you enjoy the likelihood that you will stay consistent and adhere to it increases. My goal as your trainer would be to give you the tools to succeed in your fitness endeavors.

Favorite Exercise: My favorite exercise is any free weight exercise that I can do with a barbell or dumbbell. Barbell flexion rows and super ROM lateral raises are some of my favorite exercises.

I love helping strip down any intimidating perceptions and help people see that the gym is an absolute playground of possibility and such a fantastic reprieve from the hecticness of life.

Favorite Exercise: My favorite part of the gym is the lifting platform. I love how you can work any and every major muscle group with just a bar and some plates, no fancy equipment or complicated set ups, just different movements with your body and the bar.
