Getting Started

Look through the Trainer bio’s below and determine if you have a preference.  If not, that is okay, we can assign you a Trainer.

You will be contacted by one of our personal trainers shortly after submitting the questionnaire. When you fill out our questionnaire, you will get a free consultation. This will give you an opportunity to interview a prospective trainer and hear what we have to offer you.

  2. Prior to your consultation with your trainer please download, complete, and email to your trainer Pre-activity Packet.

Beau Bayliss

Major: Kinesiology

Specialty:
I’m a competitive powerlifter with about two years of experience, having competed in events through PLU, WRPF, and WWU. My focus is on building maximum strength for both competition and everyday life. While my main area of expertise is strength and power training, I also enjoy and have experience with hypertrophy-focused workouts.

Fitness Philosophy:
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to training. Through my own lifting journey, I’ve learned that every body is unique and responds differently to various training methods. Because of that, I prioritize individualized training that supports each person’s specific needs and goals.

Favorite Exercise:
I enjoy most compound lifts, but the deadlift is my favorite—it’s fun, it challenges me, and it’s where I feel strongest.

Sennen Coleman

Major: Politics Philosophy Economics (PPE)

Specialty: I have been competing in powerlifting for 3 years and have done 7 competitions. I recently placed 2nd at Scottish Junior Nationals, and am looking at competing on the international stage. I specialize in strength development/hypertrophy/conditioning work and prioritize not just the physical side of training but the mental approach and aspects that come with the dedication. This goes far beyond just the weights but how you carry yourself and see yourself and I aim to help those that I work with realize they are stronger than they realize both mentally and physically.

Favorite Exercise: I love squats, I think there are so many benefits to barbell squatting. The feeling of pushing through a difficult weight is unlike no other for me.

Major: BS Kinesiology, Pre-healthcare

Specialty: I take a hybrid approach to training that attempts to get the best bang for your buck. Barbell training, calisthenics, swimming, rucking, and biking are all excellent choices to get the most out of what your goal is in the least amount of time. I like training that is simple and effective, but hard.

Philosophy: Exercise is a privilege and can easily be turned sour by forcing yourself to stick to things you don't enjoy. There are an infinite number of ways to eat and move to reach your fitness goals, finding the ones that work for YOU is what is important. Habit is the name of the game to becoming and staying fit. Habits that reward you in the ways that matter to you is what will keep you happy and healthy.

Favorite exercise: Any calisthenics movement with added weight, especially weighted pull-ups or barbell squats. I struggled a lot when starting these exercises, especially pull-ups. Being able to do them with added weight has been a full circle moment for me and makes me proud.

Major: Masters in Exercise Science

Specialty: I specialize in overall strength and conditioning principals that consist of a broad range of lifts, repetition ranges, number of sets, as well as cardiovascular work to maintain optimal health.

Fitness Philosophy: I believe that fitness improves both physical and mental health, which in turn then improves all other aspects of one’s life. I believe when finding an activity that you enjoy the likelihood that you will stay consistent and adhere to it increases. My goal as your trainer would be to give you the tools to succeed in your fitness endeavors.

Favorite Exercise: My favorite exercise is any free weight exercise that I can do with a barbell or dumbbell. Barbell flexion rows and super ROM lateral raises are some of my favorite exercises.
