Featured Classes

Restorative Yoga

Heal and restore your body through slow, meditative, and deep postural alignments.

Full Body Conditioning

Use your bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, bands, exercise balls, and high intensity to achieve higher level of fitness. For all fitness levels.

Power Hour - LGBTQ+

You will be led by two of our queer fitness staff, with the goal to make you feel more comfortable and accepted at the SRC. You will enhance your abilities to navigate the many options of exercise as well as build an awareness of gym etiquette.

Class Descriptions

Restorative Yoga

Heal and restore your body through slow, meditative, and deep postural alignments.

Power Yoga

A Vinyasa based practice that goes at a faster pace and emphasizes flowing between strength building poses, trying new asanas and working up a sweat. For all levels.

All Level Yoga

Based on Hatha yoga, you'll blend balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. For all fitness levels.

Barbell Strong

You will learn the basics of Olympic Weight Lifting. This is a technique focused class and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Glutes & Abs

Hip thrusters, squats, Bulgarian split squats, Romanian deadlifts, single leg deadlifts, and much more. This is a hip, leg, and core focused class.

Full Body Conditioning (FBC)

A full body workout using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbell, barbell, and kettlebell exercises. All fitness levels.

Mat Pilates

This class will make your muscles long and strong. You’ll improve core strength and low back health. For All fitness levels.

MMA Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A practice of self-defense, sport and exercise, this martial art was also notarized by the MMA sport world. It is for all fitness levels.

Kickboxing

Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing has become well known through the combat sport of Mixed Martial Art (MMA). This is an unbelievable way of getting in shape and at the same time building self confidence.

Power Hour - LGBTQ+

You will be led by our queer fitness staff. Our goal is to make you feel more comfortable and accepted at the SRC. Improve your abilities to navigate and maximize your SRC experiences. Best for beginners.

Spinning

An exhilarating and rewarding exercise experience on the bike. Great music and inspiring instructors.

Women on Weights

After taking this class, you will walk in the weight room with confidence! Learn the fundamentals of strength training and the "Big Three" (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift).

Zumba

A fusion of international Latin music creating an exciting, dynamic, and effective fitness program. Bring a friend and have fun!
