Intro to Climbing

Course Description

This beginner/intermediate climbing course will focus on proper techniques of indoor climbing. Sessions will cover safety measures, climbing terminology, how to boulder and rope belay, mental and physical preparation for climbing a route. Climbing is a full body workout that works most muscles, brain and cardiovascular system, and increases confidence. Class structure will be a majority bouldering with three weeks of top rope/lead instruction and top rope/lead climbing.
