Equipment Needs

Yoga mat or sticky footing required; yoga block (substitute: books or a small step stool), blanket, and bolster or a throw pillow recommended.

Course Description

Join us for a mid day reset!  

This slower paced class linking breath and movement helps calm the mind, strengthen the body, and increase flexibility - enhancing range of motion in hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and backs.  There is a strong emphasis on stretching and floor poses as well as low impact movements which allow all levels to enjoy the benefits of the yoga practice without putting oneself at risk of injury.  The comfortable pace of the class is a great balancer to all the high stress/fast paced lives we live and helps avoid burnout.
