FIIT for ALL

Course Description

This class is for ALL levels, from true beginner to returning participant. I am able to modify all movements and meet you where you are. You will be taught any movements you do not know how to do, and will get to revisit movements from childhood, like jumping rope and playing on the pull-up bar. 

Combining Function fitness and High Intensity Interval Training, this class will combine elements of strength training, dynamic and multimodal movements, and building cardio endurance.

Sample Class Set Up:

5-10 Minutes Warm Up & Board Discussion

5-10 Minutes Movement Prep 

10-15 Strength or Accessory Work (modifiable for ALL levels)

8-30 Minutes Workout (modifiable for ALL levels)
