Group Fitness Classes

There will be no group fitness classes Wednesday 11/27 through Sunday 12/1 for Thanksgiving Break.

Group Fitness Classes

The Group Fitness Program (GFP) session duration will be from the second week of the quarter to the end of dead week.

Drop-In Pass

If your schedule doesn’t allow you to regularly attend a class, then the $5 Drop-in pass for Friday classes will be a better fit for you. Just bring a proof of purchase to the instructor before class starts. These passes can be purchased online or at the Student Recreation Center Front Desk.

Demo Week

At the start of each quarter, the Student Recreation Center holds a free Demo Week! We don’t want you to buy a service you’ve never experienced, so this is a great opportunity to try out any of the classes we offer for free!

Remember, during this week classes will be very crowded, but please be patient as everyone is getting the opportunity to experience our programs. The second week of classes is always calmer. By the second week of classes either you need to have purchased a reserved spot in the Group Fitness class or have purchased a $5 single-use drop-in pass for Friday classes.
