Class Descriptions

All Level Yoga

Based on Hatha Yoga, you'll blend balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. For all fitness levels

Glutes and Abs

Targeting the hips, core, and legs these exercises will build strength and fitness while shaping and toning. For all fitness levels

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is interval training is bursts of high-intensity exercise with short periods of lower-intensity activity.

Kickboxing

Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing has become well known through the combat sport of MMA (Mixed Martial Art). This is an unbelievable way of getting in shape while building self-confidence.

Pilates

Pilates is a workout that strengthens your core muscles, tones your muscles, and can be done anywhere. For all fitness levels

Sculpt & Flow Yoga

Yoga sculpt is a specific kind of yoga practice that combines the flow of yoga with the benefits of weight training and cardiovascular improvement.

Spin

With its great music this exhausting and exhilarating biking class will make you want to come back for more. For all fitness levels.

Women on Weights (WOW)

Is the Weight Room an intimidating space for you?  Well, this is your opportunity to learn what you need to know to use this space with confidence.  For all fitness levels.

Zumba

A party vibe with Latin style dancing and music that is dynamic and incredible for getting you into shape.  For all fitness levels.
